TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
Please understand that all uniforms and other embellished items purchased on MyUniform will be customized for you and your player. We do our best to get all orders finished as quickly and accurately as we can. However, since each uniform is customized, this process can take a little time so that we can ensure the quality of each item before the order is delivered to you.
It is our goal to ship your order complete and on time. Occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, an out of stock situation may occur. If this rare situation does come about, you will be notified, and in this instance, you may receive multiple shipments.
It is recommended that all uniform kit items are tried on prior to placing an order. Uniform kit items will be available for fitting at the requested time of the club (registration, tryouts, In-Store, etc.) Uniform sizing can vary from one style to the next. Please do not rely on previous uniform kits as a reference for sizing as the fit may have changed. Also be aware that not all items from a manufacturer may fit the same for a given size. While sizing charts may be available from many manufacturers, we do not recommend them being used in determining your player’s sizing requirements.
Returns and Exchanges
As stated above, most items purchased on MyUniform are customized items. As mentioned in the MyUniform invitation, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on customized items. This includes any club logo or sponsorship that is affixed to an item, as well as any personalization. Please verify sizing prior to ordering. If a different size is needed, please go on to the MyUniform site and create a new order. Again, we will do our best to get the item to you as quickly as possible.
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and delivered. If for any reason payment via credit card online is not an option, please contact customer service before proceeding.
