Orders are not always processed in a first-in/first-out basis, but are many times produced based upon a spirit wear ordering window. Orders are collected for a one to three-week period, then processed and shipped to customers. Products are subject to Manufacturer availability. Soccer Master reserves the right to cancel and refund items from your order that are not readily available to produce and ship. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery after store closing date.
Spirit Wear Sizing
Spirit Wear sizing can vary from one style and manufacturer to the next. If you are unsure of the size you need from a particular manufacturer, please refer to manufacturer sizing charts available on the internet as the best reference for sizing. Due to circumstances outside of our control, manufacturer’s products will fit differently from item to item.
We apologize in advance, but we will be unable to exchange or return any customized items. Customization is when any item has a logo, number or name affixed. If a different size is needed, please go on to the MyUniform site, create a new order, and it will be processed as quickly as possible. All returns and exchanges on non-customized items are subject to a 15% service charge. If you wish to exchange a non-customized product, you can request the exchange by telephone or email. We however process exchanges as two separate transactions. Upon acceptance of the returned product, we will credit your original form of payment
